I had a small issue after buying it, so I reached out to them about the warranty. It took about a day to hear back, which was a little slooow, but once they replied they got it sorted without much hassle. The after-sales support was helpful overall, not perfect, but good enough.

"Felt rushed and couldn’t get a real person"
The whole thing felt pushy. I was rushed through the sales call, and then the price somehow changed afterward, which was really frustrating. What made it worse was that I couldn’t get any clear answers or talk to an actual person when I needed help. It felt like everything was automated and nobody was really available to explain what was going on.

"Delivery and pickup were more stressful than they needed to be"
I really wanted this to be a simple, decent experience, but the delivery was frustrating. My delivery window got changed twice, and I only found out what was going on after I called them myself. The car arrived later than promised, looked a little dirty on the outside, and the driver seemed like he was in a rush. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth or respectful of my time.
Pickup wasn’t much better. I ended up waiting nearly an hour because nobody seemed to know where my return was booked. To be fair, the staff were polite, but the whole process felt disorganized. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for clear communication and basic follow-through, so I probably wouldn’t use carvanmart.com again unless they seriously improve their timing.

I was just trying to find what I needed, but the site made it feel like it was on me to figure everything out. Nothing was easy to locate, and I ended up clicking around way longer than I should have.

"Decent prices, but the details felt confusing"
I was browsing Carvan Mart and at first the prices seemed reasonable, so I thought it might be worth looking into. But the more I clicked around, the less sure I felt about what was actually included versus what would cost extra.
It kind of gave me mixed signals because the site wasn’t terrible, and I didn’t feel like it was a total waste of time, but I also left feeling annoyed. I just wish the full cost was shown more clearly upfront instead of making me dig for it.

The registration paperwork did get sorted in the end, but it took more calls and waiting than I expected. I’ll admit I was starting to worry I was being messed around or fooled, but thankfully it all came through eventually.
